The Ducky ProjectD Outlaw65 Year of the Dragon is a 65% sized limited Edition hot-swappable Mechanical Keyboard with a unique classical soaring dragon pattern inspired by the Ming Dynasty and is only limited to 999 pieces, which is marked with a serial number on the right side. It features oriental crystal keycaps, special Chinese tassel, pre-built gasket-mount, south facing RGB LED, PCB stabilisers, type angle 5 & 7.9, special Germany Cherry MX2A Purple RGB switches, and a special coiled cable with 5-pin aviation head, PET nylon material shrink film, and detachable USB-C.

Year of the Dragon Zodiac Edition

Classical Soaring Dragon Pattern

The dragon motif with floral patterns first appeared on porcelain during the Yongle period of the Ming Dynasty. Blue and white porcelain had various forms, with the dragon image being vigorous and lively as it weaved through intertwined floral patterns, which is one of its distinctive features. Some vessel shapes and decorations were deeply influenced by Islamic culture, symbolising the cultural exchange between the East and the West.

Ducky integrates traditional culture and aesthetics, applying this design to the Year of the Dragon Zodiac Keyboard.

Oriental Crystal Keycaps

Using a composite material of PC+PBT allows the keycaps to showcase a variety of designs. Like blue and white porcelain, the appearance of mottling due to its age presents the beauty of antiques in this way.
